We've been taking our pets to Banfield for years. Yesterday, our 4 month old puppy had an allergic reaction to some new treats. His eyes, muzzle, and even his ears swelled. I rushed him in to see the doctor and they immediately gave him antihistamines and steroids to stop the reaction and then one of the techs sat and held and petted him for two hours while the swelling came down and his breathing slowed back to normal. I only do the plan for shots and dental anything else I go to a different vet. The one doctor here is personable the other really isn't. Like I said only use them for shits, nail trimmings, and dental cleanings.
We had previously been taking our Lab puppy to a smaller local vet. They did a good job but weren't very personable. So we took her to Banfield to try it out and they were GREAT! They gave us all the details on the costs of her puppy shots, getting her fixed, and how their plans worked. They have gone the extra mile to guarantee the best care for our puppy and we are glad we made the switch to Banfield!
NEVER USE THIS PET HOSPITAL! I have never seen such money hungry "vets" before in my life. Twice now they have been awful to me and my family, and have done everything that they can do to get more money without proper care. They are not out for the best of the animal. Sickening the way we were treated and talked to.
