Dr. Short was very thorough and patient with my dog and all of my questions. Although the wait was a little long, I left feeling optimistic and good about the treatment plan she put him on. Other banfield locations in Katy kind of rushed me out of the office and left me feeling dissatisfied. Definitely going to keep coming to Banfield in Willowbrook with Dr. Short.

I have been a loyal costumer for 10 years. Yesterday, I called a few hours before closing because I needed to take my dog in due a hot spot. I was told they were book and I could bring him in at 6:45 but there wasn't a guarantee the doctor would see him. I feel like I was denied service and I can't believe they could not squeeze my dog in. The next appointment was not until Friday during the day which is a conflict due to my job.
