Used to be great. Horrible service with new doctor and employees will be canceling wellness plan and disputing with amex. Horrible horrible service go anywhere but here. rude and incompetent.
I won’t take my babies anywhere else. They’re considerate and understanding as well as honest.
We loved Dr. Cannon. After she switched locations we were concerned, but a tech recommended Dr. Bowers and we love her just as much. You can tell the people at Banfield love animals and love what they do.
If I could give them no stars, I would. In January, I brought my cat to them because he wasn't eating/drinking and was having accidents in the house, which he never did before. They ran a bunch of tests & x-rays, told me he was dehydrated, had a UTI and was impacted (later showing me his bloody feces) and had an "unidentifiable mass" inbetween his legs which they were worried about ( I couldn't feel it). Thank you Banfield so much for taking great care of our four dogs.They always take such great care of them.We also like to Thank Dr.Leach for taking our dog in for an emergency when they where overbooked.Big Thank You to Dr.Leach and staff!!! You guys are awesome ����
Yesterday my beloved English bulldog became ill and I was able to get him to Banfield for care. The staff did everything they could but he passed there due to an undiscovered heart condition. He lived a great life and always received the best care from the various vets at Banfield allowing him to live his best life. I thank the entire staff but grieve the passing of my love.
You guys are always "booked" and won't even take the time to check a sick animal. I've gone over there a couple of times after calling and hearing you guys are "booked" and there's only one or two animals there. You guys are full of it and I feel sorry for anyone who goes there. Pathetic as hell.
