I would like to express how upset I am today. My dog came in a few months ago with a limp. They took x-rays of all of his legs to rule out any breaks or bone cancer (which I think was not even necessary because he was limping on just his front leg.) I got a phone call stating that his leg looked fine. If I could give a negative star I would. My friend brought her dog here tonight a half hour before they were closing because her bulldog had overheated and started convulsing. This was the closet vet to where they were and the veterinarian refused to see her dog cause he said they are closing in 30 minutes. WOW! Needless to say, they could careless about the life or health of your animals. Go somewhere where they truly care about your animal and not about getting out at exactly closing time. We brought my granddaughter’s brought dog here tonight a half hour before they were closing. Otis is a 3 1/2 year old bull dog and he was having a hard time breathing and was shaking all over. This was the closet vet to where they we live so we drove straight there. When we explained the problem with Otis, the veterinarian refused to see him because he said they were closing in 30 minutes. It's my second time back I love the staff and Dr.B they are very sensitive and caring and answer all questions you have. They are gentle and through very punctual as well your appointment time is met on time or there is very little wait time.
