RecommendedWe had to put our sweet doggie of 13 years down and it was so difficult for our family. The staff at Banfield Pet Hospital were so incredibly sensitive, kind and understanding. A few weeks after we had to put our doggie to rest, the staff sent us a heart-felt condolences card with some paw prints. We were so touched by their support at our time of mourning and need, and their outstanding customer service.

I am visiting my family in Upland . My home Banfield is in Clarksville Tennessee. I have a 6 month old puppy named Gidget who is a patient and she needed to be spayed while we were out visiting . Everything went smoothly with Gidget her records were sent thru cyberspace from my home vet to the upland center . Gidget received the best care before and after her spay . If I decide to move back to the area we will definitely have Upland Towne Center as our home vet. Thanks so much

My parents rescued a stray cat who was very sick and the staff was amazing and kind. I cannot say how happy that made me as we have rescued so many pets over my lifetime and never had such stellar service on all levels. We use them for our pets and love the location since it is not inside a store the pets are much calmer and can focus. The staff and vets here are top notch. Thank you again!!
Dr. Harris and staff are VERY knowledgeable and empathetic. My cat Taino is 16 years young, and I will NEVER take him to another Banfield. The Banfield on Foothill Boulevard in Upland, CA has the most AMAZING staff. Thank you!
Banfield Pet Hospital is the best. Dr. Harris truly cares about her patients. The entire staff was warm and caring. I would definitely recommend this facility to other pet parents.
