I brought my 3 month old kitten. her for her first checkup since we adopted her and they were so great! They were very gentle and patient with her as she's so curious and wanted to explore everything in the room! The vet was so knowledgeable and easily answered all of my questions about my kittens health! I highly recommend! it's also so convenient since the office is located inside my local PetSmart I can buy her treats and toys right after the visit on my way out.
If I could do less than a one star I would. I took my cat Izzy there about a year ago, not even and they proceeded to tell me I would get his paw print in the mail because I ended up having to put him down. NEVER got that paw print in the mail, the employees here also know how much Izzy meant to me. I called 3-4 times and they told me that it was sent out and they had the right mailing address. WRONG. Still haven't seen it. Never will. The prices are outrageous. Just an awful place to take your pets.
Fabulous experience with Banfield across the board. Took my injured guinea pig there and was so grateful they got us in and took care of her. Highly recommend Dr. Schmidt.
Had a great visit. my cat was very comfortable during his evaluation and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
It’s been a very difficult week but I’ve been so impressed with Banfield and their staff. I started taking my pup there many years ago and have never been disappointed. My Miko loved Dr. Drummond and we pretty well only seen her. She is absolutely amazing and wonderful! Their love of animals shows! Lauren is always a happy, friendly face to greet you and she seemed to always remember Miko when we came in. Thank you all for taking such great care of him and for your support during such a difficult time!
