I was very happy with Banfield until a problem regarding my Beagle's mess. She has seizures and was running low on her pills which are a narcotic. When I went in to refill I was told the pharmacist who has the keys to the "controlled" mess is on vacation so they would have to give me a prescription for a pharmacy. The CVS I went to doesn't stock the mess and had to order it. 5 days later I obtained and gave her the pill. No seizures but a tense weekend.
Love the staff! They take such good care of my dog! They call with follow ups, answer all my questions! Highly recommend!

I have been taking our beagle to Bridgeton Banfield for 11 years and today unfortunately we had to put our baby asleep. I can't say enough about the caring staff here and I've been to a lot of vetererian over the years and Dr. Wood is the most compassionate vetererian ever- her tears were dropping on gingers face as much as mine - she truly is God's angel to her the animals she treats! Thanks to everyone who ever treated my sweet Ginger !
When the Dr. hugs you tenderly after you've held your furbaby while they give her a peaceful send-off, and when you get a beautiful card in the mail with signatures and sentiments from the entire staff at the hospital, when they take the time to get one last paw print, you know you have been to the best place for your baby. Thank you Dr. Wood, Dr. Henderson and all the staff for truly caring about us.
