had 3:30 appt to meet with Vet yo discuss options for my aging cat we never got into a waiting room for 45 min then another half hour before vet came in i switched to this location because it was close to me but i am going to switch back to johnson ferry location they call before i leave house to let me know they were running late due to emergencies but here it just ferls like they double book
No attention to the 10 years of medical records on my dogs on how they react to this place. Show up at 11 for appt, you are not seen by vet for over an hour. Pathetic. Great wellness plans, one of the worst locations I have visited. Only one worse then this is on Ponce de Leon
