This facility has the most caring staff and vets. Everyone knows how much all my rescues mean to me. This clinic made the time to help my poor Bruce today after an epic fail by Boyette Animal Hospital (my now former vet). Bruce is recovering and I cannot wait to introduce the rest of the gang to the wonderful caring professionals. I highly recommend this clinic. The one on Causeway was very indifferent to our situation.
This location has some very uneducated vets that just guess about what your pet needs. Their corporate customer service directs you back to the local hospital and nothing ever gets done. The wellness plan is also the biggest waste of money as it covers zero to nothing and they prescribe your pet stuff they don't need to up sell and rip you off. Don't go to any location their vets graduated from clown school.
Always have good experience with them. My dog loves them and my cat toys to hide. Best place I been to in years
Love everything about this place! Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing!!
