The staff is very friendly and truly love all the animals anytime I've ever had an issue going on with one of my pets I call them and they get us in right away. Dr. Ivan and all the staff members are great! My husband and I have two kittens and puppy who go there. We couldn't be happier!
When I made the appt for my cats yearly exam, I told them he needed a nail trim. When I arrived, I told cashier he needed nail trim. When I spoke to the vet tech in the room, I told them he needed nail trim. I wrote it on the paper he needed nail trim. When I picked him up, I paid for a nail trim. Today, I noticed his nails getting caught on his scratching post, so I looked. Nails were not trimmed. Note to self, check to make sure they are doing what you're being charged for. We recently took over the care of a family member's 10 year old lab. He has received his care here for years but this has been our first experience with this vet. The folks here have been nothing short of wonderful in helping us to understand him, get him caught up and get him the meds and care he needs. Dr Ivan, Diana and the entire staff have helped make our transition so much easier and we appreciate them so much!
