The worst experiences I’ve had have been at this location. They forgot to administer my dogs required vaccines that I have included in my monthly plan. I noticed this six months later when the banfield app told me he was OVER DUE! I contacted the clinic and got the run around on why they simply forgot to give my dog required vaccines. We got this resolved and since I have a contract with my membership I have to visit them again. RecommendedAll of the staff are kind, patient, and knowledgable. They care for my dog as much as I do and will give me clear and understandable information. I particularly like that this location is not inside a Pet Smart, which can be a little overwhelming for my pet.
Dr. Carson and the team at Banfield allowed us to have 16 wonderful years with our pup Max. Today they helped us say goodbye with love, gentleness and peace. THANK YOU for all you do.

The rudest staff I've ever dealt with. Sam should find a job working from home where she doesn't have to deal with society. After seeing how they treated the people I wouldn't trust them with my dog. I left and went to the one at the town center. Much more professional.
Great staff and doctors!!! My dog actually loves to go there!! Very professional and clean. Love the coffee too!!!
