I’ve had a great experience with Banfield Hospital. Anytime I need to call with a question, they always answer promptly and provide helpful information. Whenever I need to bring my dog in, scheduling has never been an issue—they’re flexible and accommodating.
Best Banfield staff and veterinarian in the DMV. They have provided professional and outstanding pet care for over 15 years at the 7690 Richmond Hwy location. The staff always finds an appointment when required for my fur babies, amazing professionals. They truly care about my dogs medical care.
The vets used to be great . They really cared about your pets/ now it seems like they care about the money- when I raised a question about a charge that was made without even telling me - with a vet tech - said “ perhaps you should find another vet” I was shocked- how rude- and I’d been a patient for many many years- wish I felt like a person instead of a dollar sign … sigh-
Dr. Vavilin is TOP NOTCH! I’ve been to many other Banfield locations and I think I’ve found our home. Her personality, knowledge and genuine concern is what I’ve been searching for. This location is also much closer to my home. Mayah has a new Vet! Thanks Dr. Vavilin and her staff. I’m so much more at ease with all of you as Mayah’s Dr and medical staff!!
