RecommendedAlways know my dogs will be taken care of here. The doctors and staff treat everyone like they are their own. I've never had a problem, in and out without trouble and they always follow up with a check up call.
I signed up for the pet insurance. Very poorly executed and they try to squeeze every penny out of you. It is very clear that they are more concerned about profit rather than the life of your pet. Do not take your pet here or sign up for the insurance.
The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!
Called in on a Saturday. Walk ins accepted 8-9am seen right away. Signed up for a wellness plan everyone was excellent!
If anyone of my friends need a gd pet hospital 🏥 for anything for there pet this is the best place in town the dr.santos is awesome and the staff is so friendly there too also if you have any questions about your pet there to help with that as well.
I love this place they take very good care of my dog Coco. The staff and the doctors are so nice and they explain everything to you
I take my 7 year old spoiled Rex here and they couldn’t be nicer. They even call to check on him a day after his visit and asked me to tell him they called to check on him. They understand he’s family ��
I like the one on one with Dr.Flicker, you can’t get that at the bigger locations like in north tampa🤨
Always loved this place when it was Vetcare but since they have switched over to banfield super unhappy with how they treat customers now. I will not be back. Such a shame they had to switch
