I have gone to this place for many years. The doctors were always ok, but the staff were nice, professional and pleasant. Well that has totally changed. Since a year ago I notice new people in front desk. They are Horrible and rude. Some doctors have changed but they are still ok. Now the receptionists and office staff and office manager are extremely short and would yell at you if you ask twice. Good luck complaining to office manager they would retaliate and now you would have even a more unpleasant experience when you go ... read more
This is the most important thing you will ever read in your entire life....If you value you animal, its life, its happiness and its safety.....DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. Turn and run away! They need to be shut down and let me tell you I won't rest until these really bad people are brought down and out of business. They do really bad things to dogs...

During the surgery the vet cut the nerve to my dog's ear and since then his ear ... read more

I love that they call a couple times to remind me of our appointment and afterward to make sure my pet is ok.
Nothing but good things to say about Banfield and the care our miniature Dachshund, Abby, has received over the past 3 years. We've had the "pet insurance" policy and it provides comprehensive care during sickness and preventative maintenance. Staff always friendly and they have always worked Abby's appts to accomodate my work schedule. We had one emergency visit year and I was very impressed with the quick actions and diagnosis by the vet that I feel saved Abby's life. They always follow-up with a personal phone call after ... read more
