No, not any more. Banfield used to be okay but not anymore. Our recent experiences have been horrible. You don’t to see Vet. Basically, there is no assurance that the Vet ever check the pet. Their lab fees are outrageous and they push the Pet owner to do the lab work with no clear reason why. You can clearly see the Vet never checked the pet history and just ordered the unnecessary expensive lab work. Horrible practice.
We need more vets. We need comprehensive training for admin team. Very compassionate support team and doctors.
