I m done with Banfield, they never available when I need them, plus my dog is health always go there for check up and vaccines only and they want charge me $100,00 to cancel the wellness plan. My dog was sick this week , called them and the lady was answer the phone did not care just told to take my dog to emergency. So I called Merrimack veterinary hospital, they were able to booked same day appointment and help me a lot with my dog. Bye bye Banfield, your service is sucks.
My dog Dozer 100lb pit bull is terrified of the vet, Brianna (who works there) is amazing! She helps be carry him in when he gets scared and refuses to move. Everyone there is amazing caring for their patients, they are the only people that could cut his nails with out too big of a hassle.. I couldn't ask for better help with Dozer & Diesel!
When our guinea pig was seriously ill we called and were referred to another facility that specializes in small rodents even though we are able to get less serious issues taken care of at Banfield Nashua. Paul gave me the name of 3 competitors, but most heartwarming was he ended the conversation with "if you have time, call back and let us know how she is doing." I opened a Wellness plan on my Pomeranian who passed away in march 2015 Wellness refuses to cancel or transfer the policy over to another pet Why the hell should I continue to pay for a policy on a pet who is no longer with me? aweful! please tell me how since November banfield (my pet insurance) has not been taken for my dog, but has been taken for my cat. they told me sat something was wrong with the card which i never fixed i just paid the backed balance.
