the staff was very nice and comforting. the doctor took time to explain everything. He was super nice. they took excellent care of my cat and got her back on her feet quite fast.
Our cat Simon passed away while in their care. First, I had been calling from 7am in 5 minute intervals (prepared to call until 9am since their closed message hasn't been updated to reflect the 7am open time) and didn't get a person until 7:42am at which point I talked to a person there and explained the symptoms my cat was having (not eating, extreme fatigue, and lethargy) and I asked if I could please bring him in. They treated me great! I got in on time, they took me out before my dad could pick me up and gave me a lot of attention. If it wasn’t for getting shots and prodded it would have been even better.
I had horrible experience with many Banfield locations in my past and swore I would never be apart of a BPH ever again. It wasn't until I met 2 doctors that BLEW MY MIND when it came to knowledge and care. I am so very happy that Dr. Feigner (Chief of Staff) is at this location. He is a great doctor and really is there FOR THE ANIMALS!
