Never had a bad experience. I love all the hospital staff and my fur babies love them too!
They take exellent care of my dog when he is in their care. Staff is amazing
I’m extremely disappointed with the care (or lack thereof) my dog received at Banfield inside PetSmart. Not only was I charged for services that were never performed, but I was also misled about my dog’s blood work results. After the appointment, I was told everything came back “normal”—only to later review the lab results myself and see that there were clearly abnormal values. No one from the clinic contacted me or explained these findings, which could have had serious implications for my dog’s health. This kind of neglect ... read more
