Won't return calls. Sent the tech out to say they can't do anything else with my dogs eye issue. No referrals. No recommendations. Didn't have meds in stock. Very disappointed.
I love Banfield! Not only have they taken wonderful care of our furry family members during checkups but also during emergency visits. I have traveled with my fur babies from the West Coast to the East Coast too many times to count …. I take great solace in the fact that any Banfield across the nation can care for them.
