Very pleased with the Banfield staff and the veterinarians in the El Segundo Petco. They have done an excellent job taking care of our pets. The only downside is having to drop them off instead of being able to stay with them. They have all been great.
Banfield is horrible. I took my cat here to get a simple check up on some lumps I was feeling on her tummy. My cats mom had the same thing I wanted to make sure that I was going to do all the steps early so that I can be informed of any tumors or growths. Banfield told me that my cat's tumors were benign, so I was happy to hear that. About a a few days later, my cat started experiencing some issues. She was becoming lethargic, not eating or drinking. The veterinarian was best-in-class—thorough, compassionate, and transparent.
