I asked for a quote to neuter a 22 pound beagle puppy…$750.00. … can anyone explain why. Do they not want my business? I can’t even give them one star… absolute greed. Couldn’t post unless I gave them one star…they should be ashamed for ripping people off over a routine procedure.

Paid over 400 dollars (with my wellness plan) to have my 14.5 year old dog euthanized, then was told I will just have to keep paying 65 dollars a month until the year is up. Just what any pet owner needs, a monthly reminder/auto payment for your pet that is gone. It's difficult enough to get an appointment and they're telling me my 2 visits this year normally cost 800 dollars whereas one was a yearly check up covered in the plan, and the other was a nothing appointment. We brought our 15 year old Beagle in with a bluish tongue and heavy panting on a Thursday. We paid for Xrays of her lungs and another $100+ for an "expert" to look at the films. We were told Missy was fine and took her home. By Saturday she was in distress again and we took her to a 24 hour emergency Vet. The doctor there told us her lungs were 90% compromised. We spent more than $4k there trying to save her life but she did not make it. How can two Vets look at her symptoms and Xrays and send us home? One of the other Docs ... read more
