RecommendedBest place I’ve ever brought my little girl. I’m a first time dog mom and I’ve stayed at this hospital for my dog since she was 3 months old. They were very gentle and caring towards her and with the plan I have her on, it’s very inexpensive compared to if I brought her to another vet. I will never go anywhere else besides banfield 💖

Staff is very friendly and courteous. They always call the next day to see how my kitty-Piccolina is doing after she has had her comprehensive examination, shots and teeth cleaning. They are all very caring. My kitty has been going there since she was 5 1/2weeks old and she is 7 years old. She is a bit of a ‘Diva’ now, like she is to them ‘don’t you dare touch me, I will hiss at you’ and they know that about her... I’m sure they have patience with her due to her attitude. I don't know who would rate them a 5 star. Must be an employee. Do not go to Banfield. They are not part of PetSmart. Great idea on their side, horrible idea for PetSmart. Go to a real vet. One that loves animals. The people here do not. My cat was in her carrier crate for 7 hours. Release to me covered in poop and pee. Zero stars!
Had to visit the folks at banfield today thanks for all your help. It's was a long day for me but I made it threw. Pray for me or what ever you do to make me better.
