If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and Monica was the one in the front at the time. I have 16 week old puppy who was coming in for the last set of shots needed. My pup was on a leash for the very first time as we wanted to see if she felt more comfortable walking on the leash to see her vet. Upon getting there Monica was on her phone texting while I was trying to get checked In. Since she is a puppy we have taken her in where before they weight her a pad is placed so she can stand on it. Matt is the greatest! He made putting my cat down yesterday a lot easier than I could have imagined. He is a kind and sensitive; an amazing human being and an asset to that hospital. Great experience during a heart breaking time. It makes the healing so much easier.
