I was happy with the vet that took care of my “ babies”. He really showed compassion and care while he was telling me the good prognosis and the post surgical follow up so they deserved the recommendation. I was just surprised that no one called me for a follow up call the day after the comprehensive exam and dental surgery. They usually call to ask how the dogs are doing or if there’s any concern. NO FOLLOW UP CALL AT ALL :(

I'm happy how they take care of our dog and not to bad for the wellness plan. I can bring our dog anytime I want for check up without any cost unless he need a medication.
Beware of joining wellness plans!! There are many hidden cost and once you joined you can't cancel. They said you could cancel (not until you forfeited an arm and a leg) my pup would be better off without Banifield ! He would of gotten better care with the same amount of money I have put into this useless plan.
