Disappointment after disappointment the past couple of years with this location. Definitely not the same service anymore. Never available for appointments (unless you want to wait 2+ weeks), friendliness of receptionist has declined, customer service is a joke. Today was the last straw.... 30 min wait for a pedicure while there's no appointments going on, seriously?!?! There are 3 techs... one is in surgery. It does not require a village for this service (I know from experience). Again... just a disappointment.
You know what sucks? When you have a plan with Banfield to take care of your animal and when you all to get in to have somebody see your animal bc there is obviously something really wrong with said animal they say they can't see you...not even three other Banfields bc they're dealing with emergencies...yes this is an emergency but no you send me somewhere else. Thanks Banfield for nothing.
For the love of pet plans! I saved over $1200 today thanks to my babies having plans. The only reason I paid at all is one needed flea and heartworm meds. Plus one of the nurses took it upon herself to brush my main coon during her lunch break. Couldn't ask for anything better!!!
Customer Service was excellent! Lydia, Elyssa, Alexandra, and Dr. Chapin thank you for treating us like part of your family. Our Haley (cat) wasn't easy to deal with but all nurses were great in the way they handled her. I feel comfortable and extremely happy knowing I found a place that will provide the best for our Haley!
