Every one was amazing from the phone calls, the dr., to the staff that brought the gurney out meeting me at my car to place Titus on since he wasn't able to walk. Everyone showed such empathy, sympathy, compassion, and concern for Titus, and myself. From beginning to the very end you all showed so much respect and love for Titus. Thank you, thank you...

it's like fast food instead of home cooking or fine dining if I were to compare this place to the food industry. The vet laughed when I explained she performed surgery on only the secondary, not primary, health problem....good news... for just under $400 my dog has some of the cleanest teeth in San Antonio. Highly unprofessional vet. Please, for the sake of your pet's well being, choose another location.
I scheduled an appt online for today at noon (received email confirmation). I got off work early and took my dog. The associate at the front tells me there are no appts scheduled for noon and online scheduling has "glitches" so the doctor is at lunch and there's nothing they can do. I told her that was unacceptable as I left work early because of this appt and email confirmation. I whenever have a problem with them. My Elliott is very territorial but he allows them to do what they need to with him. They have been nothing but helpful for me whenever I have questions or if I need an appt an one is not available they will find one elsewhere close by quickly while I'm on the line.
