I’m mad that your location forgot to give us our dog wipes and now needed to make a trip back. But didn’t have time. So we planned to get them on his next appointment which was today! And refuse to give us our wipes which we paid in advance. We literally have voicemails from your location apologizing. And now your saying there’s no record of it. — with Daniel Chavez III.
