Front Desk Very Helpful! I wasted my Precious Gas Going up there on Yesterday to get my Guinea Pig Nails Trimmed! Never had a Problem before. They have a New Doctor, that’s a Veterinarian That Can’t and Does Not Trim Nails for Guinea Pigs! Unbelievable! And the Nurses has NO Time at all. And it was not Closing Time. Again the Two Young Ladies at the Front Desk Very Professional, Helpful if only they were the Nurse and The Doctor! My Gas is Precious and So is my Time and my Guinea Pig... Mentioned I had the free exam coupon upon check in for my puppy. After appt I went to pay left looked at my receipt was charged 54$ for exam..went back in said I had a coupon for this .they said Oh once you're checked out there's nothing we can do. Asked to speak with a manager who was very rude rolling her eyes etc told me to call customer service and they're not gonna honor it since I had checked out....for a first visit bad customer service never going back ever rip offs
I went there with a very sick dog, and very little funds, but they worked it out so my dog could be seen. Very Good Care.
