Would give 0 stars if I could! Worst CUSTOMER service. Absolutley appalled at the way both the manager and Cheif of Staff spoke to me. I took my dog in for an ear hematoma and he had to have surgery. Upon picking him up they did not charge me for bandaging him up, but they charged me for bandaging when I brought him in for a check up. I called request that I bring him in to replace the bandages he has now as it was/is very loose and I do not believe will survive until his next appointment.
