The last 3 times I have gone to pick up my dogs prescription they are closed due to "under staffed"....are you kidding me?? They sure have no problem with the withdrawal from our acct each month for our dogs "care"....What care??? The employees in Petsmart and the grooming center are so embarrassed they just roll their eyes and tell you that are not associated with the company. ...I guess they have become the Wal-Mart of the pet industry! !!
I called to find out about parvo testing for a sick puppy that I have. Was told August 10th. Do you people know what parvo is? Do you think a dog will last 15 days w/ parvo. Selfish, greedy, and insensitive. Thanks for caring, you're all about the all mighty dollar...
