Your doctor Ray Arredondo (license #13536) just turned down a cat with broken leg. Not for financial reasons (I was gonna pay). I was told there was availability but he was not gonna see him. I’ve been on your program for years. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Banfield failed to treat my dog properly and she subsequently died at the emergency vet mere hours later. Their severely unprofessional veterinarian at the Lakewood (Dallas, TX) location callously called the next morning to let me know it wasn’t her fault and began rambling on about my dog was “in great health” when she saw her. Not only has @banfieldpethospital charged me for the “services rendered,” they’re now forcing me to pay for the remainder of her “Wellness Plan.” Please do not trust these people, they are only looki... read more

Awesome staff. Good location. My extremely calm Shiba Inu stresses out when going to the vet. They are very aware of her needs and are very kind and caring. Thank you all at Banfield and thank you Dr. Miller. The Banfield wellness plan is also a great way to keep your animals healthy.
