Everyone is always nice & our appointment always runs on time.
Please don’t take your dog here or get the insurance plan with them! My boyfriends Weimy wasn’t eating for days or drinking so they took him in to see what’s wrong, they wanted to charge him 400$ because the plan he had didn’t cover it so they upgraded it to the next one and still had to pay 150$ extra then another 150 for every visit and to run blood tests. Vet is not available during clinic hours. Says they're open at 9 on Sunday. Vet not scheduled until 10 but can't see patients. He is scheduled for a surgery as soon as he arrives. Why would you schedule surgeries on a day there is only one vet? Ridiculous
I felt like the staff and the Dr. were talking down to me just because I was asking for cheaper options for medication. I felt rushed and unwelcome and on top of that they were very expensive. I will never go back.
