RecommendedChristi Cinder is totally awesome.
Dr. Hodges is a terrible vet and this hospital knows she is responsible for pet deaths! They refuse do anything about it. She guesses, cuts corners and truly lacks experience and professionalism. I would gladly recommend this office if they would remove Dr. Hodges from practice and keep more pets safe. The fact that the Field Director knows all of this and refuses to act upon it makes me question just how this particular region of Banfield is run. Perhaps Hodges isnt the only person Corporate should replace.
Dr. Hodges is absolutely the best, Ashley and Gloria also, they take great care of my furry children
My cat Snowflake had a thyroid condition and a severe allergy to flea saliva and was treated here. She was cared for very well by staff for years and at the end of her life we decided not to let her suffer anymore. Upon calling to make the appointment the staff seamed uncaring and almost rude. We asked to be seen that day due to her suffering and we were told the first available appointment was not for over a week. Snowflake was not responsive and she was cold. We usually go to the one on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth had to go here because they couldn't get us in definitely another good Banfield
