RecommendedBanfield Hosp Dr. Braswell has been seeing our dogs for over 5 year’s we had three at one time but now we’re down to one they have passed away the other two. She I feel goes beyond what she needs to do to get the correct diagnosis to make sure that our dog was doing well I mean like she wants to make sure that the doggie needs are being met so she takes whatever steps necessary to get to that. They killed my dogs. I left record of the shots the had already received it was ignored and they gave them the same shots all over again now both of my puppies are dead. Do not take your puppies here.

Rude staff! The vet, Katherine Kraft, was very nice. Although we won’t be going back because the lady at the front desk, Emily Wessen, turned it into an unpleasant experience. She made a mistake entering our info which voided our coupon. She said it couldn’t be fixed without even trying to correct her mistake. Who you hire up front matters!
Wonderful and loving staff!!! Treated my Mojo baby with love and care. They even called the next day to make sure he was ok after his vaccinations! I had a million and one questions and Dr. Bickers answered them all!!
Horrible service and all about getting there money.
