Everyone at Banfield is so welcoming and helpful. I showed up early for my let’s appointment and left by the time my appointment was supposed to be at. They are always accommodating.
Doctor khan is the best. He’s been seeing our 4 year old lab mix for 4 years now. My dogs love him and so do we. Dr. Khan’s honesty and professionalism is outstanding. He and Dr. Joy saved my 2 yr old when she got pancreatitis. We always look forward to seeing him.
Dr Joy is always so pleasant when we see him, Paul was very considerate of Shayla panics when there si he put us in a room right away, are vet tech was very sweet not sure if her name.
I love Dr Joy and the staff. We left a vet in Lake Dallas that literally charged us for every little thing and had a diagnosis of a surgery that my dog did not need. Dr Joy tells you like it is and is always passionate and professional. He makes you feel at ease when you bring your pets in. The wellness program is also great!!
Had a very nice experience yesterday. Had my Zoey's ears looked at and the staff was very nice, especially Brooke and Sarah (?) at the front desk.
