Took NOLA to get her anal glands cleaned and the day turned into a nightmare. She gets really worked up when they clean the glands but they noticed that she had a ear infection too when they were looking her over. They wanted to flush and clean her ears out before I left. I told them that she seemed really worked up and breathing heavy after they cleaned the glands and I did not think it was a good idea today. The staff and Dr Michelle are awesome
Our regular Banfield could not see our dog for what I considered close to an emergency. The 2920 location saved my dogs life. I want this to be about the 2920 employees and not my dog but he had a massive tumor bigger than a grapefruit that ruptured. The doctors took him in and got the tumor out and his spleen and fortunately the tests came back negative for cancer as the blood from the rupture got throughout his system and he would’ve expired him very soon. Been going here about 2 years. Yesterday i needed to have my dog put down. They could not get me in for 3 days. Very disappointed my vet or another vet couldn’t have helped me. Not going to have my dog suffer and wait 3 more days. As a nurse i understand how packed schedules have to be to make $$$$ but should be able to help when needed. Got in right away at another vet. They will be my new vet in the future as they are available. Love Dr. Michel. She helped me so much and i needed her yesterday. She was not in. Anyway.....
I have been using this banfield location for 4 years now. Never had a bad experience. I love that I am able to drop of my dogs together and leave to do my daily errands. Thank you for all you do. This is a great team!
