Dr's & tech's are ok until you get suckered into buying their so called pet "ins" which is only a discount service. My dog was literally dying & couldn't get her seen at any clinic bc their clinic in Valley Ranch was "flooded" so we had to go to a different ER. There my dog had emergency surgery, cost an arm/leg. Now I'm stuck with 2 bills. In the beginning I was told I could change/cancel at anytime, (lie). They are quick to upgrading your plan but can't cancel it. I absolutely love love love this place and it's employees. I bring my puppy in every 3 weeks for shots and they are always on time and EXTREMELY nice to us. They take very good care of him and are always eager to answer any questions I may have regarding his vaccinations or treatment. I will be coming here each time I need anything for him.

Absolutely love the staff they treated Han Solo so well he was getting belly rubs. The vet was very caring and called to let me know what was wrong.
