Very disappointed with the front desk staff at Banfield Hollywood, FL, Elisa and a short-haired blonde woman. This is my last visit to this place, and I will never return. They were rude and unprofessional with me. I came expecting care and respect for my pet and myself, but the attitude from the ladies at the front desk made the whole experience very unpleasant. Definitely needs improvement in customer service. 11/08/2025
