I told the receptionist twice I had a couple for The office visit. I told the nurse twice I had a coupon for a free office visit. Of course I was charged for the office visit-they told me they would give me aa store credit. Since I’m traveling, this means nothing. I was charged for an office visit even with a free office visit coupon. I won’t be back. EDIT-I rcvd a call today and the situation was made right. Thank you Erica!
I made an appointment online for two days later to treat my cat's injured foot. "Oh you should have called. Our computers don't track online appointments. We can for fit you in three days from now." Went to Sheridan Animal Hospital immediately and I'll never look back. Business > patients at Banfield.
Very frustrating experience with Banfield. I scheduled an appointment yesterday for today at 8:30 AM. I specifically chose this location because I wanted to be present during the consultation so I could speak directly with the veterinarian. I drove one hour to get there, only to be told when I arrived that the appointment had been changed to a “drop-off only” visit. Mikey, Henry, Hank abd Chloe Matthews had been their patients almost since Banfield opened a vet office in Hollywood. Unfortunately Miley and Henry are no longer with me. During 6 years of their life , my babies illnesses were tfirst diagnosed by Dr. D and Doctor Z but both are no longer at Vanfueld. Now Dr. Salinas and a a new Doctor they both continued with Hankies heart treatment and are following his Cardiologist recomendacions.
