The lack of have a consistent doctor who knows your pet inside and out is disturbing.
Dont take your pet to this Vet.I had a drop off at 7:4am,I get a call at 10am by the doctor that my dog needed treatment done.I approve over the phone,and they tell me to pick up the dog in 30minutes.I get there,pay for services that they told me were rendered.They brought my dog out to me,let me leave to call me an hour later to let me know my dog never got the services rendered.What kind of vet charges you,brings your dog out to you but never did any treatment to your dog.Their excuse was that they are not perfect people &... read more
Amazing experience. My dog was so well taken care of. From doctor, nurse to front desk, everyone was so professional and attentive . 6 hours later my dog was up and recovering from nasty pancreatitis. Thank you everyone for love and care.
My dogs Cisco and Cain go to this Banfield and it’s always a good experience! Kathy in front always is super nice and always helpful we love her! Today when we were there the nurse was Maria and she was awesome and super helpful and Cisco felt very comfortable with her! Dr Jorge did his exam and it’s always nice feeling comfortable with the care you are getting! Thanks all of you!
