RecommendedWe love Dr. K and all the Jupiter Banfield staff! We have a wellness plan and after my dog got ill and I could get in with my local Banfield, the Jupiter Banfield stepped up and gave her the best care so we switched. The staff there has been consistent over the past couple of years so they know our pets and are so kind and caring. They are REALLY busy but always give out pets the time they require.
I had a Wellness Plan with Banfield. The staff is courteous and friendly however I have been given two different diagnoses concerning Guinness’ collapsed trachea. One veterinarian claimed it was not after extensive X-rays and the second confirmed that she did in fact have a collapsed trachea. I was promised a copy of the diagnostic tests and still have not received them. Extremely upset is an understatement! ���
Rip off! 1st visit the vet did nothing for our pup. 2nd visit over 30 minutes of waiting then being told by some snippy girl that there are other patients. While waiting we heard another pup scream out during shots. We left so once again no shots or deworming. Our pup had roundworms which should have been taken care of at the first visit so when my request for a full refund of the charges was denied I vowed to never return!
I love this place! My papillons @[10204256747929173:Bella] and @[10204256759209455:Lola] are always greeted and shown a lot of love!
I make the drive to Jupiter every time because the staff at this Banfield are unlike any other. When we rescued a ringworm kitten in January Dr. Flood was excellent in diagnosing the difficult to catch case and helping us through the biggest struggle I have faced in all my years of pet parenthood. Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and we now take all four of our beloved pets to see them regularly. Best veterinary staff I've ever had the pleasure to work with.
