Dr Cellar Samaria took excellent care of my fur babies. Explained everything in terms to be understood and included pricing.
Excellent! The personnel treated me and my baby's excellent! Dr. Ruiz was really great!!
Still on the fence with this place. It's not a system that I'm used to but they have taken care of the health issues my pet has. So far Dr. Ruiz is our favorite, the others not so much. Will give them more time.
I am leaving Banfield after waiting close to 45 minutes for a heart worm injection we never got. I was never seen by a physician. We sat in the waiting room the entire time. 45 minutes is unacceptable; I am very disappointed with the level of service offered by the staff.
