I was disappointed when Millhopper Vet sold its practice to a franchise company, Banfield. I loved Millhopper. It was a small practice which knew us and our pets by name. Banfield is impersonal. Our dogs are a number to them. They sold us a membership & I couldn't wait to get out of it because the service is so lacking in customer service. We have moved to Jonesville Animal Hospital and I would recommend this move to others.
I would not recommend Gainesville Banfeild. I will drive to St. Augustine before coming back there. I drive an hour for Gigi but poor customer service has ended this. You should have called customers to tell them you are behind and give them an option to reschedule. Instead what I just experienced.
RecommendedI travel full time, this is the third Banfield hospital I have had to take my little dog , coconut. I have always experienced professional, knowledgeable staff. Great to know that we have good, veterinarian care wherever we are, in most cities.
Very professional staff got me in as a walk in. Doctor was awesome and caring.
We where on a trip from Pensacola Fl and my dog urine had blood in it. They say her the same day. Bladder infection. Today on the way home to Pensacola I got a call checking up on him. Loved that.
Where do I start. My sweet boy was feeling under the weather and Everyone was very attentive and took such good care of Buckles..Would highly recommend Banfield.Thank you all😊
