Staff always profit and truly care about pets
Would not recommend. The first time we came for an appointment, we were told they didn’t have record of our appointment even after I received email confirmation. The second time, we were told we either needed to push our appointment back multiple hours or drop our dog off for the whole day. The third time we came, we sat on the bench for 30+ min with no one updating us at all. When I went up to ask what was going on, we were told the staff was on lunch. I have been taking all of my dogs and cats to Banfield Pet Hospital in Dadeland for many years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location. The veterinarians and staff are consistently professional, patient, compassionate, and truly loving toward your pets. Vet is good, but they're sloppy with notifying the county of the required forms. This resulted in me getting 2 fines.
