Ayer en la tarde acudi con un gato de la calle muy grave mordido y perdió parte de su cola, la Dra. Este vez y su asistente Mayra Álvarez lo atendieron muy profesionales y amables , volveré pero solo cuando ellas estén trabajando porque en verdad son 5 estrellas , fueron tan dulce en su trato y amables k quedé encantada con su atención,,,gracias por existir personas como ustedes, Dios las bendiga abundantemente!
I’ve been bringing my dog(s) here for several years and Dr. Estevez is very good. She seems to genuinely care for animals. However, the customer service has SEVERELY declined. The receptionist (Mary) is unprofessional, seems distracted almost? And everything takes FOREVER. I understand there are circumstances but every time I call, I end up hanging up and having to go in person to resolve my questions. EVERY. TIME. I’m considering just cancelling my wellness plan for both of my dogs and finding an alternative elsewhere. This... read more
EXCELENTES PROFECCIONALES.
I had the best time at the Dadeland Banfield Pet Hospital. Every team member and vet there was extremely caring, friendly, and supportive. My dog came in for 2 vaccines and staff was incredibly patient with him when he wouldn't cooperate. I cannot thank the Dadeland Banfield team enough for their amazing customer service, especially Cici at the Front Desk, Lindsey the Nurse, and Dr. Estevez the vet. Before I left, I was given a goodie bag for both me, and my dog Bruce🧡🧡
