RecommendedI would definitely recommend Banfield. However, this particular Banfield is questionable. I had a 9:30 a.m. appt. arrived at 9:00. I gave them the hospital paperwork and asked it be returned to me and asked for Chloe’s 🐶🐾 Trifexis and food prescription. I was given Chloe without any of the things I requested. Went back and got my hospital copies but forgot about the prescriptions. Dr Moreno is excellent and he is passionate about animals . He takes his time and gives each animal his undivided attention and he makes sure you leave secure and knowledgeable about the services you received . He understands that these dogs/cats are our family members and no question is a dumb question .
Just switched from another hospital recently. Between the wellness plan and the quality of service I couldn’t be happier.

I just want to say how much i love Dr Moreno and his great staff at this location!! All 5 of my babies had their wellness check ups and are all doing great, best vet in Miami!!! We love you !! Tracy and the Sims Cat Gang Olllie. Daisy, Mimi, Bandit and Harriett!!!
