We are very thankful for Kayla, who runs the front desk. She always provides outstanding service from the time we arrive to the time we checkout. She is very professional, caring and efficient. Brought the dog in for suspected ear infection and dog was having eye movement’s he normally doesn’t have. The tech who was in the room with us prior to the dr coming in was unfriendly didn’t even ask why we were there before then making a comment that our dog may have rabies or a disease so she needed to gown up. Then the DR came in and he was very nice but wouldn’t treat the ear infection bc he said we needed to take the dog to a neurology specialist for dogs in Naples. We took our cat to BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL for a routine comprehensive exam, teeth cleanning and nails cut a couple weeks ago. He had to be put under anesthesia for his teeth Cleanning. We've been taking our pet there for 7 years and have never had any problems with these procedures until Dr Chris was assigned to our pet that day. Sometime after we dropped him off, we got a call that our pet had coded and died on the table. Thank God they did CPR and we were able to come pick up our pet soon after that.
