Normally, we love Banfield—everyone is always really kind and the care has been great. However, at our most recent comprehensive exam, the experience felt very different. We felt rushed from the moment we arrived and even overheard staff mention that the last pet of the day had already arrived. During the exam, it didn’t seem like a full assessment was completed.
