I have always had such a great experience at Banfield! Consistently had exceptional customer service, and the care. The team provides is wonderful! I can easily say that I have not had any negative experiences. I will continue to bring my pets there! We have gone in for a routine visits, sick visits, and a spay and neuter, And every time has been just as good as the last.
They couldn't give me any straight answers. They talked in circles believing they were sounding smarter by doing so and still not answering questions. They didnt do what they said they were going to do when I brought my animal in the second day for treatment and testing. She was there from 8:30am for hydration and testing until 6pm when they closed to only have been given hydration at 5pm to finally get some proper testing. I wouldn't bring any of my pets there for anything other than routine checkups. We put her down the ne... read more
