We were given a recommendation that another banfield location told us was completely unsafe to use on our cats mouth. Our cat was also not given the treatment I said worked last time at a another banfield location, and after talking to a different banfield location, it turns out we do need the treatment I brought up multiple times and now I have to bring my cat back to a vet farther away because this banfield location wouldn’t listen to me. I love them. There affordable especially if ur on a low income and are willing to work with u as well. I get my pet medication from them cause it's affordable for me compared to other places.
