So I’m a medical assistant for the year before I start med school, so I’m not made of money. I know Banfield is usually a little pricer then other vets but the service has always been on point. They didn’t schedule a follow up for my pups booster for the flu , no call, no email and informed me I would have to pay for an extra office visit + shots because it was past the 6th week window. This visit felt like literal extortion, would not recommend, I myself am changing vets, horrible customer service.
The entire staff at Banfield are so amazing. They truly care for their patients ! Dr Ravi is the best vet I could ever ask for. I can’t thank them enough for caring for my babies ! Thank you ! ❤️🐶🐾
