Well i would highly advise not to visit if you have a bully breed dog. They’re not very knowledgeable on the breed, more specifically American bullies. Theyre condescending and rude if you tell them your dog came from a breeder. I am the breeder, and my client visited here recently for a uretheral prolapse. Unfortunately she is on the opposite end of Florida, otherwise she would have been referred to my primary vet. I like this location much more than the parkway, partially for the team and partially for the private entrance to the vet area rather than having to walk through a busy store. Dr. Madsen was wonderful today, as was the rest of the team. They are transparent about costs and were very understanding and considerate of my lack of funds. Dr. Madsen even scheduled my appointment at another office for x-rays and surgery consultation, which just helped at the right moment to take some pressure off. I’ve heard some poor reviews, but I’ve brought three of my four pets here and the staff are extremely patient, knowledgeable, and even help you compare vets and prices to get the cheapest and best value. I don’t care what anyone says, but Meghan and the super nice vet were awesome and we will be coming back.

Excellent care & the sweetest staff ever! They take such amazing care of my girl. 💕
Everyone on the staff is excellent. We first went to them to have our dog tested for heartworms to get him on preventative and unfortunately he tested positive. They administered the treatment and always showed empathy and genuine concern. Almost 2 years from the diagnosis he is heartworm free and doing well. Highly recommended.

Great staff, the doctor was friendly and thorough. They took the time to talk with me and my pet and was not in a rush. They gave my puppy treats to make her feel comfortable with her first year shots and I appreciate the warm and down to earth service. The monthly wellness plan is great because it makes caring for your pet affordable and the fact that the hospital is in Petsmart makes getting a toy for my pet easy. Thank you and we will gladly be back!
