I'm so happy with the care my puppy has been receiving at Banfield, we just got another puppy and feel very confident bringing him there. Jada has gotten all of her shots, tests and spaying there. The staff is patient and friendly, the doctors we've seen, Dr. Light and Dr. Nagle, are knowledgeable and comforting. All of my questions are always answered thoroughly. I brought my 9 week puppy here & the Service I received was poor the lady that I seen first was very rude there over priced. I highly recommend if you need to bring your pet to the vet that you don’t come here & waste your money. I’m very disappointed in the Service. I received & my pet received.
I take both my cats to Banfield, one very sweet and one VERY aggressive and they handle both of my cats with respect and care. For preventative care they are great. That being said, I wouldn't go to them in an emergency or for a surgery and the wellness plans were a waste of money for my two generally healthy adult cats. I would see either Dr. Brunson or Dr. Light, they are both excellent.
Well up until this week I was ok with the Wellness Plan, seemed like a good idea and they were good at giving the impression they were trained Veterinarians and this was a Pet Hospital. They are a Pet Hospital much the same way a pharmacy is a Medical Provider or a mechanic is a chiropractor..... Do not, and I repeat, do not think they are veterinarians that can treat your animal. If you pet is in need of a spay or needs their nails trimmed yes. But other than that - just go elsewhere. because you are going to have to go els... read more
