After 3 days on the annual wellness plan & $1500 out of pocket to try & save her, we had to put our Mindy down. Now because of the services provided those days, despite the out of pocket and losing our pup of 14 years, they also generously want to offer me to only pay 50% of the remaining annual wellness plan costs of services. Seriously? Meanwhile, I was trying to get Mylee set up on the plan for a visit tonight. I just put my chihuahua on their health plan. I brought him in sick and he left feeling better! I worked with about 4 different ladies there and they were all so helpful and kind.
The doctors, nurses, and receptionists are very accommodating. They are all super friendly, and get to know your pit by name.
The best employees! They added on an appointment today for my sick puppy. I've always had amazing care for my dogs.
