Hope you're well considering all we're experiencing in current events. I wanted to take a moment to express my discontent with Banfield during the time my dog Suki suddenly passed away on May 11, 2020. She passed away at home and not knowing who to call, we turned to Banfield (Pelham,NY) in which Suki had been a member for many years. A staff member said it was ok to bring her in.
