Banfield has provided me with the perfect care for my senior pup. She's never been anywhere but Banfield since before I even adopted her at 2 . Now she is 13 and still stealing their hearts. Rhondie is my ride or die along with the new Dr. She really was so kind and took all the time I needed for questions. I truly believe I'm getting the best treatment for my Lilly. She's been on 3 medications for her heart for many years. Thank you Banfield for helping my girl out.
If I was able to put zero stars, that’s what it will be. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the care my dog received at Banfield. It is clear that the veterinarians there lack the necessary attention and expertise. I was informed that my dog's red blood cell count was high but was given no actionable solutions or treatment options. Instead, I was told they would "watch out for it."
