I was at Banfield (in Oswego) recently for a comprehensive exam and need to send a shout out to Laly, who was knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly! I had so many questions and Laly patiently answered every one of them. At the same time, she was devoted to comforting my nervous pup.
I have 5 cats that i bring here. The staff here has always treated me and my cats very kindly. Special shout out to the techs, they are always so sweet and seem to know what they doing. I honestly have no complaints. 🫶
I have always had a good experience. Doctor Lauren Fleming does an excellent job explaining the exams and answering all my questions.
