Banfield is a scam- their ability to diagnose anything after a simple worm on your pet is close to zero. Their Customer service is below every standard and their response is very rude and they don't care if you have been a customer for so long or not. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!!... below is why: We took our kitten in for his first shots which required a booster. When we brought him in for the booster, we were told we were out of the booster shot window, so they had to restart the shot process. they charged us for both sets of duplicate shots, even though it was their error that we were scheduled too late. I called to see if I could bring him in since he had vomited 5 times yesterday. They told me to take him to the Animal Vet ER which would cost $140 just to bring him into the office.

Please, for the love of God, so NOT take your pet here! My boyfriend and I have had our sweet 8 week old Goldendoodle, Layla for 3 days. We took her to Banfield for an initial checkup. We brought in a fresh stool sample, and the receptionist took it right away for testing. Dr Spencer brought us back, took her temperature and gave her an exam. They dropped my puppy when giving her a shot and broke her leg she had to have 2 surgeries to fix it and they fought me the whole way through the process of getting my dog help. The worst place ever!
