Worst vet experience ever. Made online appointment and received email confirmation and showed up at their front door at the time and called them and after getting busy signal for 15 minutes they finally picked up my call only to tell me they didn't show an appointment for me. Jennifer was unapologetic and outright rude and ended up hanging phone up on me. I could deal with incompetence, but cannot deal with incompetence and boarish behavior. Horrible customer service, stay away. Unkind and heartless staff.
